Megah5 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the megah5 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the megah5 platform.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the megah5 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the megah5 platform.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. megah5 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
The megah5 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use the services offered.
2Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Registering more than one account per individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. megah5 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Please contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Megah5 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid proof of identity documents. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.
Users must ensure that the personal information in their account is kept current and accurate. Any changes to key details such as email address or phone number must be updated through account settings or by contacting megah5 customer support.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the megah5 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or engage in any form of fraud is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
- Engaging in any activity that may disrupt or impair the normal functioning of the platform
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information through the platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorised profits through system manipulation
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities
Megah5 reserves the right to take action including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where there is evidence of a breach of these terms.
4Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the megah5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and other local payment methods listed on the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or digital wallet details are accurate and belong to them. megah5 is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the user's name
- Processing times depend on the chosen method and may take up to 24 hours
- Megah5 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
- All transactions are subject to security checks, which may cause delays in certain cases
Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. megah5 will not consider disputes submitted after this period.
5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Megah5 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or unsatisfactory game outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Megah5 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any valid operational or legal reason. In cases of account closure due to a breach, the account balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the megah5 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the property of megah5 and is protected under intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The megah5 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. megah5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access those links at their own risk.
6Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Megah5 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the resolution of any claims or disputes.
